The final draw for the 182 flats to be constructed in Sector 49 was held at the Chandigarh Housing Board premises in Sector 9. The 182 flats consist of 91 two-room and 91 one-room flats.
The flats would be given to their winners after the completion of project within 2 years. The CHB officials said 10 flats were earmarked for oustees out of a total of 192 flats.
Deputy Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards Chander Sekhar, Superintendent Archaeologist K.P. Bhadoria and GGDSD College Principal Dr A.C. Vaid were present at the time of draws.
