Hi.........,
If you have hurt your back and suffering from backache, follow these steps to get some quick relief:
* Lie on your back on the floor with pillows under your knees as shown in the picture.
* You may also keep your feet on a chair with your hips and knees bent as depicted in the picture.
* Do this simple procedure for 1–2 days.
* Do not do this procedure for long as it can weaken your muscles and delay pain relief.
* Walk for 5–10 min once in a while, even if you have pain as physical movement can aid in faster recovery.
* Other procedures such as using heating pads, ice packs and body massages can also provide relief. But it is best to consult your doctor before doing any of these procedures. |

Hi Sonia,
Many people suffering from back and neck pain are reluctant to exercise because they fear that the activity will increase the pain. However, exercise and fitness are a necessary part of the prevention and healing process for back and neck problems. The proper activities and movements actually promote healing by nourishing and repairing the spinal structures and keeping the spine flexible and strong. for more information click here http://www.backrelief.ca/ _________________ Laser Eye Surgery |

My back pain relief tips (whether you’re a camper or not) are:
1. Get a firm bed that fully supports your lower back
2. Get plenty of regular exercise like walking
3. Get plenty of sleep
Back pain relief is not rocket science - it’s just about using some effective techniques that work. _________________ acai |

I think exercise is one and only solution for this treatment. I was a patient and I did exercise and not I don't have any problem.

I agree, exercise is one of the key to back pains, but of course, you need to see your Doctor if your back pains is always there. It can be some other problem.

| In today's world many of people face a back pain. And as per my knowledge it is not 100% curable. The best is Yoga exercise. My friends mother had a back pain that she can't even stand but doing yoga daily for 3 months she can now walk in house. |
