UT team defeats Chandigarh Press Club team

Adviser XI defeated Press Club,Chandigarh by 6 wickets in the Samuel Banarjee Trophy Match played at Cricket Stadium sector-16, Chandigarh, today. Batting first in the match, the Press Club scored 146 runs in the allotted 20 over. Rohit 33, Vikrant 16, Raghav 29 were the main scorers. For Adviser XI, Narinder Kawatra 2 for 18, H.S. Doon 2 for 33 were the main wicket takers.
The Adviser XI team achieved the target of 147 runs by losing 4 wickets only. Narinder Kawatra 75 not out, Deniel Banarjee 26, Vishal 36 were the main scorers.Adviser to the Administrator, Sh Pradip Mehra gave away the prizes to both the teams and to the Best Bowler H.S.
