On the auspicious occasion of ram naumi we have launched vote chandigarh (www.votechandigarh.com) with the mission “Your vote matters”
So in the coming parliament elections, today we are launching a website named www.votechandigarh.com where the details of all the contesting candidates will be put on the website so that people can have a look at the candidates at one site/place. We are sending invitation of all the political parties/candidates to send their bio-data and we shall be publishing the same on website so that the people can go through the same.
Apart from this we have also kept one mail id i.e. votechandigarh@gmail.com
We have a built-in user registration system that allow people to register and maintain profiles and leave authenticated comments or have discussion on individual issues. Users can submit their press releases, grievances, issues for discussion online by registering for FREE which will be published after editor review.
We shall also be meeting the Chief Electoral Officer of Chandigarh and other officials of the Election Commission of India (incharge of Chandigarh) and will be making a request that the elections related news/circulars/notifications be given to us or sent to us on mail so that the same can be published on the website.
