A notice is issued to the DLF Towers in Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park in Manimajra, Chandigarh for misuse of lands and buildings violation.
The SDM issued two different notices for doing some changes in the internal structure of the building by using that plan which is approved by Administration and then use these buildings for commercial use.
Recently the officers inspect the buildings and on the basis of reports the notices were issued. In the reports it is mentioned that the DT Mall is the only place that is available for commercial use but they worked by the violation terms and conditions of the allotments which implies that they only provide various services for their staff only.
The officers said the facilities only provided for their employees on that land but they also mentioned that the land is also provided for public use also. So DLF has to step forward for completed all the terms and conditions of the Estate office.
