The pipeline work for the Compressed Natural (CNG) and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) has almost completed for Chandigarh and Mohali from 31 March this year.
The officers from the Indian Oil Corporation said that they would provide the CNG gas at four different stations in Chandigarh and two different stations in Mohali.
This company also laid this pipeline in Panchkula, Pinjore, Nalagarh and Baddi also. They can get no-objection certificate (NOC) from the Chandigarh administration and they also ordered for four stations in Sector 17, 26, 37 and 44 in Chandigarh and two stations in Sector Sector-56 and 62 in 8 Phase Mohali .
The company will provide PNG for cooking in March. They will start to provide the PNG gas in Dhanas. Zirakpur also get PNG gas line in end of March with Chandigarh.
