In Punjab, Ludhiana registered a low of 11.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum at Patiala settled at 11.3 deg C.

The minimum at Amritsar was 8.8 deg C.

Chandigarh is likely to get an in-market business office from British Columbia with an investment of Rs. 60 lakh. With this British Columbia will become the second Canadian province after Ontario to set up a trade office in India to promote business.
