The city will host first Chandigarh marathon Jan 31, an official said Wednesday expectating that the event will see many celebrities participating.

“The marathon will be organised in three parts — five-kilometre, half-marathon and full 42-m marathon. Winner of full marathon and half-marathon will receive a cash prize of Rs. 150,000 and Rs.75,000 respectively,” said Home Secretary Ram Niwas. Read the rest of this entry »
