CHANDIGARH: Former Union Minister for Civil Aviation and BSP candidate from Chandigarh, Harmohan Dhawan, while thanking the UT Chandigarh administration and Congress MP, Pawan Kumar Bansal for allowing one extra floor in rehabilitation colony houses, has also demanded ownership rights of the houses, as the tenants can neither construct extra foors, nor do they get bank loans for this purpose. |
