The Indigo airlines has officially applied for slots to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Airports Authority of India (AAI) to start operating international flights from Chandigarh. According to sources in IndiGo airlines, “We have stated to start international operations from Chandigarh to Dubai on September 15. From our side, the departure has been mentioned as 4.15 pm,” said a Delhi-based IndiGo official.”
