It is common with printers to go offline so there is nothing much to worry about. You can bring your canon printer offline to online by simply checking your printer status. To check the status of your printer, click on the Start icon and go to the control panel. Then select Devices and Printers. Here, Right-click on the printer and click on the ‘See what’s printing’ option in the drop-down menu. Select the Printer, you will see Use Printer Offline. Make sure it is unchecked to use your printer in online mode.
