V.P Singh Badnore the UT administrator declare at the TOI summit that Panchkula and Mohali need to develop a smart city in the presence of Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
Because of the paucity of Chandigarh, V.P Singh Badnore approves that few facilities of Chandigarh can be relocated to Mohali and Panchkula. Manohar Lal Khattar agrees with the statement of Badnore and concern with the poor network between Chandigarh and Panchkula. Khattar said that “we need to upgrade the infrastructure between Chandigarh and Panchkula.”
V.P Singh Badnore speaks about the repolishing the Chandigarh advisory council where he is going to take help from Panchkula and Mohali and on behalf of this Khattar replies that Haryana has a citizen advisory council in Gurgaon Development Metron Authority and he wants to implement the same model of citizen advisory council in tricity. Khattar said that “We will make an advisory council here where the people from Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula will be a part of it so that common facilities of tricity will be implemented.”
