Proceed to the Start icon at the bottom left of the screen then select Control Panel and then Devices and Printers. Click on the printer in query and choose”See what is printing”. In the window that opens select”Printer” in the menu bar on the very top. Select”Use Printer Online” in the drop-down menu. For More information:- how do you change a printer from offline to online
