Robotic surgery which is used to treat cancer patients and PGi authorities have hiked the rate surgery. As for general ward surgery cost is Rs 30,000 and for patients who are in private ward is Rs 60,000.
As this surgery is free for BPL category people but now they also have to pay Rs 10,000 to get treatment.
Now this cancer disease is increasing day by day so almost every day 10-15 patients are in queue for this procedure. And this hiking rates is regulated from 3 December.
