All the incomplete development work will be restarted for all the villages of Chandigarh shortly. The pending works and the issues of all villages which come under UT administration will be completed and resolve.
On Thursday, Member of Parliament(MP) Kirron Kher while meeting with sarpanches in presences of the Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad guarantee that issue of all villages of Chandigarh will be solved soon.
Kher said that “Many letters were written regarding the issues and incomplete development work in villages. But still, there is no any work has been done. ”
VP Singh Badnore the UT Administrator, has taken all my letters about development works in a village and asked me to hold the meeting where we discuss all the common issues of village-like re-carpeting of roads, replacement of old sewerage and water pipelines and non-functional streetlights. Mp also declared that with the help of Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme(MPLADS) open-air gym would be installed in all the villages.
