50 new colleges opening for GIRLS

The Punjab government to promote girls' education in the state in backward and remote border areas will open 50 new Girls College. Higher Education Minister SS Rakhda state government would bear the entire cost of opening new colleges. The government will also recruit staff. Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal in this connection after the initial meeting, several meetings have been held with officials of the Department of Education.
