Chandigarh City struggling to get rid of plastic bags from the past seven years

Seven years after striking a ban on the use of plastic bags in the city,Chandigarh Administration still struggling to stop plastic bags. Already announced a fine of Rs 5,000 if anyone found using or dealing with plastic material in the city.
