Hindustan Times’ exposé that bribery calls were made to some of the candidates who had appeared in a test for the technician’s post at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of Chandigarh Police on Monday made two more arrests, including that of the Delhi-based kingpin of the gang.
