Navratra festival at Mansa Devi

During the 9 navratra festival start from October 13 the VIP passes have been banned, but the old practice of allow IAS, IPS officers, chief minister and governor to pray inside the sanctum sanctorum of Mansa Devi temple will carry on, when the public will pay obeisance from a distance.
