PU declares holiday after death of senator GK Chatrath

Panjab University (PU) senator Gopal Krishan Chatrath, 82, passed away in Chandigarh on Friday. Chatrath was former advocate general and MLA of Punjab. For decades he had been the senator of PU. Presently, he was the head of Punjab Congress disciplinary committee.
