PU Will Hike 30% Charges In Examination Fees

Panjab University has yesterday introduced a new fee structure for the year of 2016-17. It has hiked the between Rs 500 and Rs 8,000 in examination fees. The highest hike in the examination fee has been made for PhD students whose existing fee varies between Rs 4,000 and Rs 12,000. Student parties on Friday staged a protest outside the administrative block before the commencement of the Syndicate meeting against the fee hike proposal.
