is HotDak
Ans. HotDak is a free online postal service to connection to family and friends, who do not have access to email, you can send a message from your web browser which will be received by us in Chandigarh We will print the message (exactly as received from you) and deliver it in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula to the address specified by you.
Q. Why is it free? Whether sender or receiver to pay or oblige in kind?
Ans. On internet most of search engine, email, informations, software, games are offered free and people start using it immediately. If we offer the services at cost we think nobody will like to adopt immediately. Therefore we want to keep it free and neither the sender or receiver will be charged for this services
Q. How you are meeting your cost if it is offered free?
Ans. At present the cost of services are born by the company but within a few month we will be able to find a web advertiser which will enable us to recover the cost.
Q.How can I use the service of HotDak?
Ans. To use the service, go to the Form. Here type in your details (in the column marked 'sender details'). Now type in the details of the person to whom the message is to be send (in the column marked 'receiver details'). Please note that complete name and address of the receiver so as to ensure that the letter can be properly delivered. Now type in the message (in the column marked 'message'). After finishing the message, click on the "Submit" button. Receipt of the message will be confirmed by us
Q .Who are likely to benefit from this service?
Ans. HotDak service is being provided with the idea of enabling a correspondence between Indians living outside India and there friends and relatives in India. HotDak services can be used by any one, as long as the sender is outside of India. Your near and dear with whom you wish to communicate may
not have Internet or Email access. Hence either you need to use the telephone
or fax (which can be quite expensive) or send a letter by regular mail
(which can take between 10 to 15 days to be delivered). Using this service
your message can reach the recipient within 2 to 4 days.
Q. How many messages can I send?
Ans. There is no limit of number of message except the commercial message which will be discouraged. The size of each message sent by you needs to be limited to 400 words / 40 lines. In case you wish to send a message more
bigger than this you will need to break up your message into two or more messages (depending upon the size of the message) and send each part of the message as an independent message.
Q .How much time for delivery of message?
Ans. Your message will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered by post within a one or two days. This is notwithstanding postal holidays and other uncertainties.

you will ensure privacy?
Ans. We cannot guarantee the privacy of your letter as it will be viewed and printed by our staff therefore if your message is confidential in nature adopt some other means of communication

Ans. We are covering complete Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula including villages coming under it
Q. How to get confirmation regarding delivery of message?
Ans. We cannot guarantee delivery of message. We can only send confirmation of receipt of message from you. However you can try our services to see the results.
