Green Belt Garden inaugurated by Dev in Sector 50

The newly developed Green Belt garden at Sector 50 was inaugurated by UT Advisor Vijay Dev yesterday. The people that were also present in this occasion are Mayor Poonam Sharma, Area Councilor Harphool Chander Kalyan, Chief Engineer Mukesh Anand and Superintending Engineer NP Sharma.

On this occasion the Advisor said this beautiful green belt garden is beneficial for all people include children, old people and young ones too. He also said that this is the primary responsibility of all to maintain and keep clean it.

He appreciated the MC officials to convert the “Malba” dumping ground into a beautiful Green belt garden. The Mayor addressed the people that the Municipal Corporation continues to develop the green belt gardens. She also told that it is the 69th green belt garden developed by Municipal corporation.

Then, she explained that this green belt is built in 11 acre area, its footpath is about 1.3km with beautiful landscaping, we provides park lighted huts also in it, railing is provided in toe walls. For sitting purpose proper benches is available and material to play for children also provided by them.
