Hi Friends, I need to travel from Chandigarh to Manali along with my Friends.

How is the connectivity between Chandigarh and Manali?
Which are the private bus operators on this route apart from govt. buses, and how good their service is?
How much a private cab will charge me, if I decide to hire it only for dropping to Manali?
