This error is due to the firmware of the computer and printer. The printer is communicating through USB or Wifi. If USB is not configured then go to printer properties, communication and select USB connection. If the printer is not communicating through Wifi then go to Wifi settings, select the printer and then connect. If you still face this issue then the printer could be faulty. visit
