I run a distribution business and I am losing money on damaged freight every week. Pallets arrive leaning, boxes are crushed, and retailers reject entire shipments because the packaging does not meet their standards. I have tried to handle it in-house, but my team is not equipped for it, and we end up losing time and money. I have heard about freight rework services, but I am not sure if they are worth the cost or if they can really help me get my shipments back on track. Has anyone used a service like this and seen real results?

I was losing thousands of dollars a year on damaged freight until I found a service that completely changed how I handle these problems. The company is PNW Warehousing and they offer rework freight https://pnwwarehousing.com/rework-freight.html right there. They are located in Fife and Sumner, WA, just minutes from major distribution centers and highways. What I really like is that they handle everything, from pallet restacking and load adjustments to repacking rejected loads and even replacing broken pallets with CHEP or PECO ones. They also offer short-term storage and redelivery services, which has been a huge help when I need to get goods back on the road quickly. Their team has decades of experience and they can handle a wide range of freight, from palletized goods to floor-loaded cargo and even refrigerated loads. Since I started using them, I have significantly reduced my losses from damaged goods and cut down on delays. If you are dealing with freight rework challenges, this is a service worth knowing about.
