I know they can help to block out light, but does anyone else find that they spoil the look of the room? I think it makes it feel more like a cave and less like a home. I also don’t like how you can’t see outside clearly when they’re down, so if there’s something going on outside it’s hard to tell what’s happening without getting up close and personal with your blinds.
