Panel Discussion on Sustainable Infrastructure: Key enabler for Smart Cities
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Chandigarh Council is organizing a Panel Discussion on Sustainable Infrastructure: Key enabler for Smart Cities and a Roadshow on Excon 2015 – The 8th International Construction Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair on Wednesday 23 September from 1800 hrs (Registration) 2000 hrs at CII NR Headquarters Chandigarh. The session would be followed by cocktails and dinner.
The Government of India has launched the Smart Cities Mission. The mission will cover 100 smart cities and its duration will be five years. The objective is to promote cities that provide core infrastructure and give a decent quality of life to its citizens, a clean and sustainable environment and application of ‘Smart’ Solutions. This requires comprehensive development of physical, institutional, social and economic infrastructure.
To understand, evaluate & source the latest trends in infrastructure development, construction equipments & technology available in the Indian market, CII is organizing EXCON 2015 between 25 – 29 November 2015 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (iCEMA) is the Sector Partner for the Event. Excon 2015 is South Asia’s Largest Event for Construction Equipment & Construction technology spread over an area of 2,00,000 sq. mts
