Howdy! The process of renting a car from hertz was incredibly simple and efficient. I did my research beforehand and knew exactly what kind of car I wanted and how long I needed it. The online booking system on their website was user-friendly and made it easy for me to select my desired car, pick up location, and drop off date and time. Upon arrival at the Hertz office, the staff were friendly and professional and I was in and out of the rental shop within minutes.
