Digging roads in Mohali goes unchecked

Private firms digging roads,pavements to lay cables that fails to repair these after completion of their work.It was found that most of private players do not obtain permission needed from the local authorities to carry out their work that involve digging at public places and also it was noticed that the officials were unaware of the development and they claiming that area belongs to other department in which the cables were being laid.
