The Punjab and Haryana high court has issued a notice to the Punjab government and Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, on a petition challenging institutional quota in post-graduate dental courses.The notice was issued on the petition of Mohali resident Navdeep Singh, who had passed his BDS (bachelor of dental surgery) course from Panjab University.
