Chandigarh Police head constable Balwan fired three rounds into the air with his service revolver at Sector 46 market and he is posted in the security wing of UT police. DSP said that head constable is suspended. The police was informed by eyewitnesses about the incident they arrested the policeman and his service revolver of 9 mm was seized . A case is registered against the policeman under the section 336 of the IPC and under the Arms Act at the Sector 34 police station.
