    At Intuit, employees can spend up to 10% of their time on projects and ideas they are passionate about – even if they don’t relate directly to their job. Employees have the freedom to structure their unstructured time any way they like. More than 60% of employees have taken advantage of the unstructured time opportunity. In addition to this, 11 projects by these grassroots innovators have become fully funded initiatives.
