A week after liquor licences of about 10 vends in Chandigarh were placed under suspension, some of the licensees today moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court levelling serious allegations against the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Excise and Taxation Commissioner. He has been blamed for promoting the business interests of their rivals.
