    Chandigarh MC first time will take idea for preparing its annual budget for 2016-17.
    Mayor Arun Sood said they will not only seek ideas from Councillors but also from public to finalize it.

    Yes MC wants that plan of Chandigarh is according to the need of the city residents so they get various suggestions from them.

    Annual Budget should be made on the basis the services that is provided to city residents so they ask people for taking suggestions what services they need.
