Panjab University (PU) stand on 12th position with a score of 76.02 in the (NIRF) National Institutional Ranking Framework that is released first time in the country by human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry.
According to the report of NIRF, the PU is on the top among State Universities and all the universities above the PU are Central Universities. This is good news for PU Authorities but also a wake up call to authorities to improve all the weak points that are suggested NIRF.This is good news for Panjab University as well as for chandigarh because through these rankings more children from all over India attract towards the University.
