The second vegetable and grain market in Sector 39 West would be functional by March 31 next year. The High Court, on a previous date of hearing, had declared that the officers of the UT Administration, the Municipal Corporation and the Market Committee were making a mockery of the court proceedings on setting up a second grain, fruit and vegetable market in Sector 39 (West).
