Out to have a good time, what would a shopper like to see — bland, algae-infested concrete buildings? Or lavish, well-lit malls? Hands down, the winner is the new-age structures that have come up in Industrial Area and IT Park. But there is a history to the fortress-like concrete look of buildings at the city centre in Sector 17 designed by famous architect Le Corbusier.
