The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty opened on a weak note on Friday tracking the SGX Nifty and Asian peers. At 9.28 am, the BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty were down 0.25 per cent and 0.23 per cent at 27,825 and 8,378, respectively.
