Hello, if you are short on time, then there is one immigration law firm in Vancouver that will do it in the shortest possible time. Called Titanlaw, they specialize in immigration and will help advise programs to immigrate to Canada. I think Titanlaw is not the only one, but one of the best options to quickly get a visa.
