Dr. John DenBoer is trained as a Clinical Psychologist and current does Mental Skills Performance improvement aimed at identifying and improving neurocognitive development in elite athletes (with a specific focus on ball sport athletes). He also does CEO consulting and works as a fractional CEO for multiple companies, primarily start-ups looking to experience significant growth and product exposure.

In addition to his activities, he maintains an elite mental sports practice, were he helps athletes, business executives, and elite military personnel improve performance. John DenBoer has been a consultant for many local and national organizations, including the Banner Concussion Center, Arizona State University, The United States Tennis Association, the ATP and WTA tours, MLB, the USOC, and the US Military Special Operations.
