I am Unnikrishnan A P, Age 59 year old , Gender Male, due to STOMACH PAIN  i amNo  being consulted by doctor (Gastro) and the further test result are mentioned below

1) on 27/July/2021 report of hematology

a)  Diagnosis  : Microcytic hypochromic anemia with neutrophilia

2) on 27/July/2021 report of Ultrasonography

a)  Impression : Well defined lobulated lesion  in right hypochondrium seen in close relation with antopyloric region of stomach and abutting head of pancreas suggest CECT for further                                                               evaluation.

b) left renal calculi.

3)  on 29/July/2021 report of CT Scan

a) Impression  : Intraperitoneal mass in the right upper abdomen

* Infiltrating gastric antrum and 1st part of dudenum

* posteriorly indenting  pancreas and superior mesentric vein with loss of intervening fat plane

* Multiple small omental nodules

* Subcentimetric perigastric and periportal lymphnodes

* No signification focal lesions in liver, spleen, adrenal glands or kidneys.

*  No ascites

Suggestive of gastrointestinal stromal tumor , left renal calculi

4) on 29/July/2021  report of BIOPSY

Diagnosis    :  Adenocarcinoma , tubular type, moderately differentiated, gastric biopsy
