His passion for advanced technology and innovative design motivated him to be an independent entrepreneur in place of joining his extremely successful family business. Neetish founded Smartworks in 2016 after considering the dynamic nature of the real estate market in India and the urgency for an agile workspace to meet the varied requirements of growing and established businesses. Under Neetish’s exceptional leadership, Smartworks has gained several esteemed and loyal clients in a short span of five years. Neetish continues to focus on building communities and enhancing employees’ productivity through cost-effective workplace solutions.
