• PAN Card
• Address proof
• Logo/Brand Name(in JPG Format )
• Signed Trademark application
• Passport Size Photograph
• Address proof for the location of a business
• Power of Attorney in favor of Trademark Agent

In case the applicant is a Company/LLP/Partnership
• Incorporation Certificate of the company/ LLP certificate of registration
• MOA & AOA/ LLP Agreement/ Partnership Deed
• JPG Format of Logo/Brand Name
• Signed Trademark application
• Power of Attorney in favour of Trademark Agent
• Another registration certificate like MSME registration certificate
