Modalert 200 is used to help adults who are very sleepy because they have one of the following sleep disorders stay awake.
Narcolepsy
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
Shift work sleep disorder (SWD)Take modalert 200 exactly as your doctor tells you to.
Your doctor will tell you when to take modalert 200mg during the day.
Most people with narcolepsy or OSA take 200MG of MODALERT once a day in the morning.
People with SWD usually take modalert an hour before going to work.
You shouldn’t change when you take modalert 200MG unless your doctor tells you to. If you take MODALERT 200MG too close to bedtime, it might be harder for you to fall asleep.
MODALERT 200MG can be taken with or without food.
