The Chandigarh MC has decided to buy a mobile laboratory to test the quality of roads in Chandigarh. The payment will be released to the road contractors on the basis of the report generated by the mobile laboratory. It means that if poor quality material is used in the construction of a road, the MC will deduct heavy amount from the payment.
