    According to me,
    Every business will have different requirements to simplify its operations and manage its work process. Following are a few must-have essential features to consider in HR software in India.

    1-Payroll and tax management.
    2-Absence and leave management.
    3-Training and support.
    4-Employee performance management.
    5-Schedule interviews.
    6-Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

    I am looking for more information along with this if anyone want to add more then it will be helpful for me.
