The States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya,
Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal and
the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Central India Regional Constituency
The States of Bihar, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh,
Rajasthan, Uttaranchal/Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
Northern India Regional Constituency
The States of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir
and Punjab and the Union Territories of Chandigarh and Delhi.
